You will need to call to make an appointment-our consultation days are Mondays and Tuesdays during the day and evening with the latest appointment 8.00pm.

The consultation usually takes and hour and you will need to travel to our studio in Croydon north.

The quote will be given to you at time of consultation. That quote is valid for 14 days from initial appointment. a deposit is required of $100.00 and can be paid by cash, cheque or direct transfer.

final confirmation of the order is 10 days prior verbally over the phone with final payment due 7 days prior.

A further consultation can be arranged but often is not necessary.

Best days for point of contact are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5.30pm these days we are in the office to take calls and see clients. If we do not answer the phone we maybe with a bride or on another call so always leave a message and we will get back to you.

Later in the week and weekends we are doing weddings so it is hard to discuss anything in detail at these times.

All bridal bouquets and buttonholes are delivered between 7-9.00am.we do now charge a delivery fee due to increased fuel costs but have a team of experienced drivers.

Church and reception flowers are also delivered at organized times this will change with every wedding and event we do.
